CANCELLATIONS
Things Happen, And We Understand , so you can change the date your booking up Within 24 hours of your scheduled time.If You Need To Reschedule For Any Reason There Will Be A 30 dollar Fee!the reschedule day must be given to us at least 24 hours before your Appointment or there will be no reschedule or no refunds. Only The Client Listed Will Be Able To Take Possession Of The Studio Space At The Reserved Time. If You Have Not Arrived At Least 1 Hour Within Your Reservation We Will Assume Your Reservation Is Canceled.
Equipment Rental
There Is No Equipment Included With The Studio Rental Rate. All Of Our Equipment And Props Are Rental Items And Can Be Added To Any Booking At Any Time Based On Availability. You Are 100% Welcomed To Bring Your Own Props And Lights.IF AT ANYTIME WE SEE YOU USING RENTAL EQUIPMENT AND YOU DID not PAY FOR IT , YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE. DO NOT MOVE ANY LOUNGE FURNITURE IN THE STUDIO .
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
The Client Accepts Responsibility For Any And All Damage To The Walls, Floors, Equipment, Fixtures, Appliances, Couches, Props And Anything Housed Or Affixed On Or Inside The Studio During The Time Of Their Booking. The Client Is Responsible For REPLACEMENT OF ANY EQUIPMENT MISSING OR DAMAGED WITH ORIGINAL ITEMS. The card on file will be charge or you must pay us CASH THE SAME DAY FOR THE DAMAGES .
Overtime
****We will not be opening doors early or allowing you to start hair, make up,set up etc before the time you have scheduled . So if you would like extra time you MUST book extra time to do so*****
Clients Are Responsible Of Keeping Track Of Booking Time . If The Client Runs Over The Time They Booked We Will Charge Your Card On File Or Cash For The Price For Each Hour Is The Hourly Rate. Clients MUST Pay For Overtime Before Continuing Studio Session.
a employee of mps will inform you when you have only 5 mins left. this is the time you must wrap up and break down because there the time schedule to end is when everything should be cleaned up for our next client
Other Studio Rules
Kids Are Allowed In The Studio But Must We Watched At ALL TIMES.
Drugs Or Weapons Are Not Allowed At Anytime In The Studio , if a weapon is in the studio we will call the police. If you SMOKE INSIDE THE STUDIO YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE & A REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN.
Media Production Studios will supply 2 Large trash can,NO TRASH OR DEBREF LEFT INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE BUILDING.ANY ITEMS LEFT WILL BE SUBJECT TO A STORAGE FEE STARTING AT 250.00/DAY. After 3 days your items will be put outside.
Media Production Studios is NOT responsible IF OF YOUR ITEMS GO MISSING or damaged IN THE STUDIO* please keep a eye on your things*
We will also be recording and taking photos for promotional purposes. By booking the studio you give us consent to do so.
PRIVATE SPACES, STAFF MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED TO COME INSIDE THE SPACE , SPACES ARE PRIVATE TO OTHER CUSTOMERS ONLY
Uncooperative parties will be BANNED from booking MPS
BECAUSE WE HAVE 3 STAGES WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE A QUITE SET UNLESS YOU RENT OUT THE STUDIO 100%
